Guests under the age of 18 are welcome to receive all services within the spa (must be 16+ for lash services). However, a parent consent form is required on the day of service. You are welcome to print out the form(s) and bring it with you to your appointment.
Card on File
A valid credit/debit card is required to book and guarantee your reservation. When your credit card info is submitted, Rose Beauty Boutique does not have access to your personal card and information. Your card is securely kept in Square Processing. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show, which our system does automatically. You do not have to pay with this form of payment.
By Appointment Only & Arrival Info
Rose Beauty Boutique is a small business without a full-time receptionist, therefore, we must keep the door locked during services. For this reason, we cannot always accommodate walk-in appointments.
If the door is locked when you arrive for your service, please be patient as your specialist will unlock it shortly.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. An appointment reminder is sent out 25 hours in advance to allow you sufficient time to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the service total. We will do our very best to fill that appointment slot in the short notice given, and if we are able to, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
If you do not come to your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time, your reservation will automatically be classified as a “No-Show” and your card will be charged 100% of the service cost. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Please, no guests or children.
We are a small business, and your specialist is often the only person in the spa during your appointment time. For this reason, we lock the front door during services. Since there is no one working in the lobby, no guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around they can wait at until your appointment is over. Unfortunately, if you arrive with a child (who cannot be left alone), your appointment will be rescheduled and the “No Show” charge will apply.
